Gbaaji Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the gbaaji website and mobile application ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Gbaaji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bengali specifically for users in Bangladesh, though the core legal obligations follow the rules of the international licensing authority.

These terms and conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the guidelines of the international licensing authority shall prevail.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be immediately closed and the balances may be forfeited. Duplicate accounts are identified using shared IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or personal information.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

During registration, you are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being closed at any time.

Deposits on gbaaji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts by payment method are as follows:

• BKash & Nagad: minimum ৳100
• Rocket: minimum ৳200
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳500
• Cryptocurrency: Equivalent of $10

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is usually credited to your balance within a few minutes. If there is any delay, please contact our support team. gbaaji does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

3.2 Use of Deposited Funds

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting purposes. If gbaaji suspects any funds are being used for illegal activities, it reserves the right to suspend transactions and launch an investigation at any time.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though bank transfers may take up to 1–24 hours.

4.1 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more. You will need to submit a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. Once verified, future withdrawals will be processed faster.

4.2 Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be rejected in the following cases:

• If KYC verification is incomplete
• If the bonus wagering requirements are not met
• If there is an ongoing investigation on the account
• If the source of deposited funds is in doubt

All bets placed on gbaaji are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified. You will see the odds and terms on the bet slip before submitting — once submitted, the bet is considered final.

5.1 Special Conditions for Live Betting

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. If the odds shift between the time you submit a bet and when it is processed on the server, gbaaji reserves the right to accept the bet at the updated odds. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to confirm.

5.2 Match Cancellation or Incomplete Matches

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, all bets on that match will generally be voided and stakes fully refunded. Specific sports may be subject to separate rules.

5.3 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gbaaji reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

Gbaaji offers various bonuses from time to time — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn — this is the wagering or turnover requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet ten times the bonus amount. The minimum odds required for wagering are stated separately for each bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as opening an account solely to claim a bonus, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or placing bets without using bonus funds — gbaaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbaaji:

• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Use of Bots, Automated Software, or Scripts
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Attempting to manipulate platform odds or outcomes
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members

Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where necessary.

Gbaaji is a gaming platform provider. While we strive to ensure a safe and fair environment, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection
• Delays from third-party payment systems
• Unexpected Technical Issues
• Member's failure to secure their own account

Gaming always carries the risk of financial loss. gbaaji never guarantees a win. You bet at your own risk — only wager what you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.
