Healthy Gaming Initiative
Gaming is entertainment — not a burden on your life. gbaaji believes every member should play within their own limits. We provide tools and guidance to help you set and stay within those limits.
Steps we've taken to protect our members
Set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, any changes take at least 72 hours to take effect, so a moment of impulse won't lead to overspending.
Effective immediatelySet a time limit for how long you play in one sitting. Once that time is up, gbaaji will automatically send a break notification and end your session.
Auto NotificationsIf you want to take a break for a while, you can activate a cooling-off period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. You won't be able to log in to your account during this time.
1 day – 6 weeksIf you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently. This is very difficult to reverse.
6 months – PermanentBetting stops automatically once you've lost more than a set amount. This tool helps you avoid bigger losses during high-stakes moments.
Auto-StopA summary appears on your screen every 30 minutes or every hour — showing how long you've played and how much you've won or lost. This helps you make more informed decisions.
Every 30 minutesAt gbaaji, we've believed from day one that gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not anxiety or financial strain. Responsible play means building a habit where you stay fully in control of your time and money, rather than letting gaming control you.
Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh. From cricket betting to lottery and slots, millions of people spend time on gbaaji every day. But the fun can turn into a problem when people start spending beyond their means or keep playing to chase their losses.
The most important principle of responsible gaming is simple — only bet money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Your monthly groceries, rent, your children's education — these should never factor into your gaming budget.
At gbaaji, we recommend every member set a gaming budget at the start of each month and use it as their deposit limit. Once you hit that limit, stop playing for the month — then start fresh with a new limit the next month.
Chasing losses is a natural human impulse — but that "win it back" mindset is one of the biggest risks in gaming. gbaaji wants to be clear: if you're on a losing streak, stop for the day. Pushing through only makes things worse.
Every game result is completely independent and random. The outcome of a previous bet has no bearing on the next one. Increasing your bets because you feel "a win is due" is never a smart move.
If someone in your family or a friend seems to be behaving unusually around gaming — such as playing in secret, asking for money, or sudden mood changes — have an open conversation with them. gbaaji's support team also accepts self-exclusion requests made on behalf of a family member.

How to use each one — a detailed breakdown
Set your gaming budget at the start of each month and use it as your monthly deposit limit. Once that limit is reached, gbaaji will not accept any further deposits.
Decide in advance how long you'll play each day. Setting a 30-minute or 1-hour session limit will automatically log you out when the time is up.
If you need a break for any reason, set a cooling-off period of 1 day to 6 weeks. Your account will be temporarily suspended for that duration.
If you feel gaming is no longer within your control, you can exclude yourself from the platform for 6 months or permanently. It's not an easy decision — but it's a courageous one.
Set a loss limit to stop play once you've lost a set amount. When that limit is reached, betting will be automatically disabled.
If you're not sure how to set up any of the tools or where to start, our Bengali-speaking customer support team is available around the clock.
If you notice the following signs, it's time to seek help
Chasing losses by placing bigger bets after a loss
Hiding your gaming from family or friends
Spending money meant for bills or daily expenses on gaming
Repeatedly trying to cut back but failing
Irritability or restlessness when not gaming
Gaming affecting your work, studies, or relationships
Skipping sleep or meals to keep playing
Gaming with borrowed money or funds obtained dishonestly
Build these habits and gaming will always stay enjoyable
Decide on a maximum spend before you start playing and set it as your deposit limit.
Accept a loss when it happens. Increasing your bets thinking "this time I'll recover" never works.
For every hour of play, take at least a 15-minute break. Get up, drink some water, take a walk.
Gaming while drunk or under the influence impairs your judgment — and significantly increases the risk of bigger losses.
Meet a friend, spend time with family, read a book — keep variety in your life.
